(Parkersburg, WV) September 4, 2017. Bob Wright, Managing Broker and owner of Warfield Realty LLC announced that the company will return to the business plan outlined when the company started and focus on commercial real estate and investment property only.

In the mid 1980s, Warfield Realty was founded by former owner/broker Dave Warfield. Robert (Bob) Wright II came on board in 1996, with expertise in commercial real estate and property management. He has several credentials and designations including Broker, CCIM, CNE, GREEN, GRI, and SFR. Bob is the only agent in the mid-Ohio valley market with the CCIM designation, which is the highest designation a REALTOR® can obtain in commercial real estate. In the early to mid 2000s, residential sales were added to the mix and the company expanded with additional sales agents.

“It was a difficult decision, but handing over the residential side to a trusted friend and REALTOR ®, Lisa Lyons, has made the transition seamless,” Wright said.

Lisa purchased the property management side of the business in July 2016 and officially took over the residential side of Warfield Realty, opening her own location and naming it Hometown Real Estate Associates LLC, on July 1, 2017

Both offices remain at 3501 Emerson Ave in Parkersburg.
