Larry Fought, Licensed in WV since 1978
Experience includes Residential, Investment, Commercial Sales as well as selling operating or closed businesses.
Being an investor for over 40 years in the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding area I/we have grown with an understanding of the value of reviewing the strength of investments, leasing and managing both residential and commercial investments. Education within this industry also includes holding offices in organizations such as WV Landlord Association, Professional Growth organizations and leadership training. I offer my support to assist those who want to build their retirement by investing within the leasing industry as well as those who are moving toward retirement and want to find ways of selling their financial growth of the previous years. Beyond this we also work to assist those who are looking for the dream home of choice.
My past experience includes organizing purchases for fortune 100 and 500 companies along with those who enjoy the normal purchase for enjoyable residential living. Hands on experience, comes from getting involved with the searching of deeds within the court house, reviewing CMA’s, reviewing ROI of the investment and beyond. Knowledge and performance is gained by working within these departments.
Accomplishments are gained within TEAM work and this is recognized with both Debby Tanner and I working for your specific needs. We both are committed within these industries by managing residential leasing, commercial business leasing, and warehousing and storage buildings. We have gained respect and knowledge of the language used within these industries. Our experience is part of our daily lives as well as our marketing methods. These methods include TV ads, MLS exposure, along with multi-organizations with the surrounding states. We also offer net working with established companies in many areas outside of WV.
Bring us your needs and we will work to reach your goals as either a buyer or selling agent. Give us a call and we can explain the value of a Realtor in a few minutes. We were not born to be a Realtor, but grew with education and hands on knowledge to become a valuable one for your needs.
Larry Fought and Debby Tanner – Commercial and Residential Connection, with many years of experience.
Our experience is complimented with our Warfield Realtor associates to reach your goals in selling or purchasing in any of our experienced areas.
